my idea: the peson who can give the best reasons for becoming a MOD here, will become a MOD! the actual MODS will rate the entries, and the highest rated entries will go into a popularity poll!
example:
i wanna be a mod....because of the ability to type ''spamdeleteclean'', and so i can use the
[glow=black,2,300]~!~DOOM SHOUT BOX!!!~!~[/glow]
discuss.

Not enough active members to require anymore mods at this time. Get about 20 more people to sign up and post actively, and we'll see what happens.

but there was onlly 7 active members...and 5 of them were mods...including admins...that doesnt equal a very good ending
