Our mod:member ratio here is pretty good. We'd need over 20 more active members to require any extra mods....and even then, they would only be lesser mods, with powers over certain boards only. Honestly, though...the way I have things set up here (few rules, and a spam board) there's not much work for the mods...only the occasional cleaning of a thread, and occasional modification/deletion of a post.

I only mod about 3 threads a day.
Unless one of our little spats comes up. Then I have to go lock/delete 5 threads about why we all hate each other.

You can use the doom box now if ya want...just type it lol..and when you become a mod...in a cuzillion years.....use the shout box in other ppls posts
