I'm debating whether to buy Reign Bringer and Reign Defender or just buy Shadow Cloak.

Keep theese things in mind,
I use the freezer-burn stratagy
I have Penumbral Cloak
I have Reign Plate
I have the whole Nightmare Set
I'm a hybred.

then if your the freeze burn then i guess you should get reign

I was also thinking about my NMP beating ShC in both offence and defence.
