Alot of people love these Playstation/X-Box/PC games that are all about war. I just saw an ad for a new game coming out soon, called: World In Conflict. It looks really amazing.
However.......
I've heard about these kinds of games coming soon. Theorists suggest that our government is behind all these games. It is a way of "conditioning" young people's minds to this sort of thing....making it acceptable later on.
This new game, World In Conflict, seems to suggest that there are US citizens who try to overtake our government, for "freedom". Your position in the game, is to be a soldier, and eliminate the "terrorists". I could be wrong. But, this strikes me as exrtemely agitating. I NEVER want to be considered a terrorist for opposing our government, and I don't want our young people conditioned into thinking I would be.
Any thoughts on this?
