It will happen. In beta it was said Testopia (Falconreach) was hit with a giant fireball. Thats why it isn't in AQ.
Then I look in the DN and see this:

Next week we will break down some of the bigger town files like Oaklore and... *chuckles* REALLY burn down break down Falconreach.

They've also been saying the new updates will change DF Forever, the annihilation of a town is a good change.

Its all clear now. Next week we will get in a war then Falconreach will burn
