Since I don't play AQ, I was really excited to see a new quest in DF today and couldn't wait to play it. Yeah, it was great all right. Is it not been fully implemented yet? I didn't see any mention of it in game, I just ran along to where the rocks had been and found it. There's no point right now in going through it more than once and only if you have a doom weapon - which I don't because I have a feeling that bad things are going to happen to characters with 'em (its not because I'm too lazy to earn that much gold without cheating, nope ) because all the new weapon rewards have a bug which makes their sell back price nada. Fuck. I wasted all that time hoping to get a badass dagger and I get a goddamned staff to match the fifteen thousand Pharoah's Wrath that I seem to get. I hope they fix that soon because I'm lazy and I don't like doing quests if I don't get something useful out of it, lol.

Try talking to Thursday in Amityvale.
OH, and the Doom Weapons are not going to Corrupt your Character. It has been hinted at that you may "Purify" them to make som sort of Godly weapon.
Even so, I like my Pit Fighter Sword and Golden Crustecea better.
*Sigh* I miss playing Rydia.
I just did the Quest for the Plot advancement. The Silver weapons in Cysero's Shop are better than the quest drops in every way.
If you like DF you should check out my comics (Link in sig).

For me it just goes into the cutscene about the haunted house area. I've went back to her a couple of times, maybe I just need to clear my browser.
Actually, the corrupted, evil character thing might be an interesting plot line, lol. No, what I'm thinking of is along the lines of how they've been hinting that the doom weapons are causing all this unrest and problems with the spirits in the land and what not. I haven't seen anything hinting at turning it into a holy (and by holy, I'm assuming light) weapon, but I don't ever read any other forums on it. As far as that type of weapons go, though, what would be the point? There are already several fairly nice light weapons out there.
Edit - Oh yeah, I forgot. LoH has shown me your comics. They're really funny.

Light? Godly doesn't mean light.
I just meant they might shed their darkness and become really powerful.
Even If you are against using it, you should still pick one up. Its not like you're gonna use gold for anything else!
Its a really good weapon.
And I think you will get an option wheter to take the "Dark Path" or not. I don't think Artix would taunt you with a strong weapon so he can force you to be evil.
P.S. Do you have a DA and how many DC's do you have? (My god I'm addicted to giving equipment advice)

Godly, 1) adj; word used to describe something superior to all other challengers.
2) adj; the best of the best, supreme
The Devourer is a God. And he is by no means like Jesus.
