Stupid Ads!!!!!

I'm sick of these dumbass Google ads...now they've moved them from the top of the page, to down amidst the posts. It looks so fucking ridiculous. I just saw one right in the middle of a half-way decent conversation, and it just said

The FART BUTTON!!!! Press it!
You know you want to...

That's like instant spam. This shit is fucking stupid. Why in the hell did they do this? I guess it's probably a gimmick to make more people buy the ad-free crap.

It costs $7 to be ad-free for a month, but only up to 50,000 page views. I'm not going to buy into this bullshit, I'm just gonna complain.....and I'll take my complaints to the fuckers themselves. It was bad enough having to put up with ads at the top of the page...now we have to see the dumbass shit right in the middle of a convo. I wouldn't mind it so much if it was the plain ads, but the FART BUTTON?!!!! That's bullshit.

Update:
Haha...I went and joined the millions of protestors on Proboards Support Forum. Man, people are giving them hell. The new ad placement has only been like it is for an hour, and all hell is breaking loose! I told them pretty much what I said in my post above.

They replied and said they are working on removing the ads with graphics, and it'll only be "plain-text" ads.

I made another post and said if the ads stay where they are for more than a week, I'm going to relocate my boards to a less-spammy place to forum. Let's see what they say about that.

Another Update:
Man, people have been getting ads that say "SUPERGAYCOCKS" in their threads....this is fucking ridiculous.

Yet another update:
Apparently, Proboards makes less money off of the boards who's admin's pay for the Ad-Free service. They make MORE money off of the free one's like this, because people actually click on the ads, every now and then. So, now people will be buying the Ad-Free service to get the spam out of their threads, and Proboards will be making less money. This is a very stupid marketing strategy.

I think they are going to decide by the 16th if they are going to keep the ads where they are, or put them back. You see, Proboards makes money off the ads everytime someone clicks on one. If they move the ads back to their original spot, they might try to implement a system where each boardhas to have so many ad clicks per month in order to keep them at the top of the page instead of in the middle of the thread. But I don't know for sure.

Hmmm, maybe if we go on a clicking spree, we can give tons of money to Proboards, and they'll add new stuff to the websites, thus being better.

People have already suggested that, and Proboards isn't listening to any of the complaints....they're just trying to fix all the bugs it caused, and all the spammy graphics ads.....all the bitching people have done this week, they stated that if things don't get better by the 16th, then it might go back to where it was.

OK, on the 16th, there will be an admin tool which will allow me to move the ads back up to the top of the page...hopefully. Man, I just had to post another complaint on Proboards' Support forum about THIS. It's ridiculous. Man, these ads have kept me extra busy lately.
