I've switched to Pure Mage build. Untrained CHA + Strength, and now my Intelligence is 80. Beating Neberon is tough with only spells. After I get my INT to 275, I have to work on DEX and END. Then Luck. Boy, this will be rough.

Oh, sorry. 175. But I think the Guide is old, it should probaly be changed to 200 INT.

200 stats are overrated IMO. You get more variety with 175.

why do people untrain their stats, do they get the money back or something?

You have a set number of stat points. Untraining them gets those points back if you decide to take points away. For free, too.
