These new quests in the Inns in The Shadow of the Wind Village and Osprey Cove have been entertaining. The little cutscenes at the end of each one have been amusing.

After you fight a wave, if you teleport to hometown, you'll still be a monkey and you can go anywhere in monkey form....lol. It's funny when some of the NPCs refer to you as "Ninja Monkey" or "Pirate Monkey"

The waves are now dropping rare Poison weapons. Max lvl is 32, and they available to all players. They aren't as good as the last poison weapons we got from the Honda's Accord quest, but these are for free players as well, not just DAs. I'm somewhat disappointed, because I was wanting a lvl 40 poison weapon so I could bash Ninja monkees to hell....oh well.
Why oh why couldn't they just add weapon chests inside the waves, so you could still get DMs from every wave, and get the exact weapon you need for your level?

If they arent as Good as Honda's weapons, I wont bother.
And thats a wonderful Idea.
And maybe more upgradeable weapons, besides the Doomies, and Destinies.

They're better than Honda's weapons, I think. Two higher base damage, and two less random damage....but, lots of bonuses.

War's over...finally. You can fight the boss, and farm him for one of 22 different drops...lmao. Sellbacks are crap, and though they are the most powerful Nature weapons in game, they look stupid.
Swords: Naner 1 - 7 (lvls 4 - 40) Staves: Plantain 1 - 7 (lvls 4 - 40) Daggers: Banana 1 - 7 (lvls 4 - 40) ...and of course a random Defender Medal here and there, just to piss you off when you can't get the exact weapon you need to drop.
The hilts on all of them are like an open banana, and the blades are a shiny banana-yellow....total cheese. Nature element. Oh well, at least i got a bunch of my Defender Items upgraded during this war.
