I got it. It totally pwns everything else. It comes with high-damaging weapons as defaults, and one of them stuns. I equipped my Shining Electron Sniper rifle and now I can stun twice. 200 HP...man, unstoppable. If you are a SC Founder, and can save up 130,000 credits....get this damn thing, because it just pwns pwns pwns.
