Go to the captain, and ask about the Strange Blip. He'll say Worsh picked it up on the scanners, and you can fight it.
But if you're expecting a challenge, you won't find one. Well, those who have the CSR+MR+DCG combo won't. I beat it with 51 HP left. That was freaking easier than facing my own character. >_>
