it says so right there, they are brother and sister, if you read what the fiend says, you'll see he says something like "AND YOU MY SISTER, SHALL NOT GET IN MY WAY!!!"

yes it does say sister and that is why I am curious if that means he has taught himself how to become a sea fiend and maybe after this quest (save aquelia and turning him back into a water elf or something and him learning the error of his ways) he might teach us how to become a sea fiend. I would be very content with that

or, maybe there are two types of water elves, males are sea fiends, females are humanoid

I've said this before on AQ, Water Elves are magical beings, so some of the more powerful ones might be able to transform at will.

Negatives? I didn't know my Karma was in the negatives... let me go check...
Edit: It's at zero now. Is there no way to check who smote (spelling?) you?
