Prolly never just like the rest of the quests they leave unfinished. What were the Drakel looking for. What happened to the Zardmaster. Will it ever be possible to actually do anything with the hourglass quest? Or why is Artix and Obsidia training in the arts of Paladin and Necromancers if in early came it was Halenro and the weird cloaked man who always talked about teaching us that. We will never know these things

Yeah, maybe if we get on their asses and push them to do it, they might not do it like they will never do.

I think it'll be sometime after housing is released. Sounds like they have been working really hard to get the housing ready, so no quests will be finished until it is released. Of course, nobody knows what they are actually up to....they've been saying Beastmaster would come out soon, and they haven't even touched it. As long as there is a weekly update, I'm cool with whatever.

I know exactly how Nightbane Chronicles are gonna end. Its gonna be just a cutscene that they release. Nightbane is hiding at a castle in the middle of no where...he's sitting there...he dies of old age. Oh poor Nightbane brought so much horror but was left to die like so many other AQ Projects

Haha...that's good. But, just in case you haven't been keeping up with the Theories and Speculations Board at Battleon, Nightbane is most likely the herald, or avatar, or whatever they call it, for the Devourer...so, we have to beat him in order to keep the Devourer from destroying Lore....the cutscene from the last of the Nightbane Chronicles where he makes a deal with Epheel, coupled with the latest Epic Quest, makes it obvious.

but epheel is trying to stop the devourer isn't he? I thought that he was making deals with Nightbane to make him stronger so he is strong enough to help us defeat the scout or whatever you want to call it. But then again there are some things that possibly point to the fact that he might be the scout after all... I guess so

I was reading and they pointed out some good points about things like the valor point and aeigis about they were going to activate to destroy an enemy that does not exist yet. But epic quest 15 tells us we wont fight the devourer so the description is talking about his agent whom does not exist yet and therefor cannot be Nightbane. Plus epheel gave us his gift again and still it is not responding to anything so I really dont think Nightbane is going to be the agent. I think Epheel is using Nightbane to become so strong that perhaps the agent will battle Nightbane, nightbane loses but weakens the agent dramatically leaving us to finish him off. but thats just my theory and I haven't been paying attention to the Truth and Lies posts because they do nothing but confuse me.
or what could really throw a curve ball at us is if Nightbane turns out the be The Agent of the Hope! The one who ends up reforming the orbs and destroying the agent! Man that would be trippy but we've seen more dramatic twists in story lines coming from AQ
