If you attack with fire, It does the same thing that Alpha WereWolfs do.
He heals back half the damage.
Use a dark weapon or a skill with dark conversion.
Skull Swarm, Darksplatter, and Dark Aura are good.
I used Big100K and Undead Mutant.

umm, he healed the damage FULLY, not half of it, he was at 1370 after I used UM on him first round with Fyre Force Ultimate, and he only started out with like 1100

I beat him easy: Ice Arms, NmS, FFU, Everfrozen Shard and Heal Wounds.

I beat him easy too....NMP, NMS, Dark Splatter...done in like 45 seconds

once I realized he healed from fire, I died to him on purpose to go Lich, and I used Kayda Reaver, Lich, Eye of Naab, Big Clone, one drain, one terror, and the rest undead army, he was killed in 3 turns:P
