I would understand the points in every stat if you were a Hybrid (common misconception is that Hybrids have points in all stats), but seeing you are a warrior, it just doesn't make sense.

• Take out all of Cha, Int and Luk.
  
• Use those 45 and the remaining 190 points you have to make:
  
  Str: 150
  Dex: 140
  Int: 0
  Cha: 0
  End: 50
  Luk: 0
  
  
• Max out Str first, then Dex, then Str. At level 130, you will have 50 points left to do whatever you wish to do.
