...Though, Mana Blackout isn't really all that great on the monsters I face.

Ice resistance has nothing to do with MP Draining skills.

Got the two Uber Ice Staffs, lvl 12 and lvl 20. I figure I'd have them until I can use them.

lol....thats what i did with the lvl 28 ice uber, im only 6 lvls away from that...this war has lvled me up 2x, in only 2 days! thats 1 lvl a day!, imagine what lvl i could be by the ending of the war!

get the level 28 one and let it sit in your inventory for a while.
I have abbout 6 weapons I can't use on Celes, but its good to keep them until you can.

Things I have obtained that I can't use:
Golden Falcon (Sold, can't exactly remember the name, 32-50 Wind damage, 190 Gold value)
First Frost Staff
Second Frost Staff
Sword of Tears
...And I don't have enough for the third, by the way.
