The Novice weapons are the best water weapons in the game.
Save the rest until you get enough to get Pit Fighter.

ohhh... I was searching and then I found ring worm, is that it? but I think you shouldn't get it because it adds +10 to melee

Yes, it a good ring. For blocking.
Plus if you find a monster that attacks with like, metal it will be god-like.
