I just realized something....it takes 60 trophies to go from Grinder to Pit Fighter...but, that means, if you are just starting...it will take 1080 PvP battles (216 trophies) just to get there...and that's if you don't spend any trophies on anything else on the way there.
1653 trophies to get to Grand Mater Duelist
8265 PvP battles to get to Grand Master Duelist
Has anyone made it to Grand Master Duelist lvl yet?

i wish, i could actually, win 1 trophy lolzz..... im still novice, man this sucks...i dont even have doom yet...im lvl 12 and a half

The easiest way to get enough cash for doom, is by going on weapon quests...like Yulgar's or the weaponsmith in Amityvale (forgot his name)....keep collecting the stuff, and before you know it, you have enough cash to get Doom. Also, the Ghosts in the Attic has good pay-offs, and good weapons to sell back.

No, the Well, Fire Cave, and Bandit Camp are the best for gold.
The new Thursday quest is good because her pendent sells for 100 gold and you keep the keys after the quest.
