I was facing three level 18 (I think) Inferno Elementals at the Fire Cave, and they each had 148 HP. Each did about 30-50 damage a turn. I almost got Pwned, but nope, I had my Frost Spectre.

and at your lvl, you shoulda farmed Fire War, and i think you still can? im not sure
