Chii is a "he"...and will probably never accept your buddy-add. Most of the time, he never even says anything when i talk to him. But, rarely, he will pick up on a convo.

It's so confusing wether Chii is a 'He' or a 'She'. Most people say it's He, but according to Geopetal in a PM, it's 'She'. But then Chii asked me "Are you sure about that?"...
So confusing...
