Look at the KoO's new rule!
Now, according to WikiPedia Extortion is defined as "a criminal offense, which occurs when a person either obtains money, property or services from another through coercion or intimidation or threatens one with physical harm unless they are paid money or property. "
I personally think dishing out $20-50 on a thing that in reality doesn't exist entitles you to something cool. It is NOT extortion if you don't want what you payed for taken away. Let me act this out for you:
Joe: Hey, wanna buy a cookie for a dollar?
Rob: Sure, here you go!
*Exchange is made*
Rob: Mmmmm....This is a good cookie!
Joe: Yea, but I have to take that back now.
Rob: WHAT?!?
Joe: You took a bite, now I take the rest back.
Rob: But thats no--
Joe: Don't use the "I payed for it" excuse or else I'll sue you for extortion.
The quote "will result in either a Severe Warning or temp ban for the first offense " makes it seem like they're Extorting US.
God damn. First they use Nag ware to annoy the fuck out of me until I buy the shit, now they threaten me if I point out they are ripping me off!

New Rule
Starting now, we're adopting a zero-tolerance policy on this type of behavior. Extortion is illegal, period. We will not tolerate it. Any attempt to extort the KoO, moderators, AKs, or any member of the staff in this manner will result in either a Severe Warning or temp ban for the first offense (depending on the severity/outlandishness) and a ban for any future offenses.
I want to make this absolutely clear: Purchasing Z-Tokens with real money does not give you any rights to the quality of the items available. We already do not nerf them after 48 hours post-release (and the 90% sellback period has been increased to 48 hours, as well). That is your guarantee. Buffs are NEVER guaranteed. EVER. You have no right to demand one. EVER.
You have no right to make ANY demands on us or the staff regarding Z-Token items, or any other item when you get right down to it. YOU do not make demands. YOU do not post a list of "requirements" for our actions. This forum exists for you to present logical arguments for why things are imbalanced, not use as a soapbox for making demands on the staff. And if you ever, EVER, use any phrase such as "or I won't pay you anymore," or "or you won't get any more of my money," well, guess what? That's extortion. That's a CRIME.
And we don't have to tolerate that. Starting now, we won't just let it slide any more.
