Go to Isle D'Oriens, and click on the button that says "Special Cutscene"....The Huntress has arrived. Also, Epheel's Gift is glowing....weee, Devourer-time

I didn't see it at first, either...but, I just went in the library, and then came right back out, and the button for it was there.
