I have 70 Defender Medals....what should I get?
1. Upgrade Defender Dragon Ring #4 into #5
2. Upgrade Defender Dragon Necklace #4 into #5
3. Red Imp (needs five more DMs)
4. Save 'em and get 30 more and get Jimmy the Eye

id say get 140, and get the red imp then upgrade to red imp 2, ownage...

I don't farm wars, it was tough for me just to get 30 DMs, let alone hundreds.
